Call of Duty Fans
Get your cookbook!
I love Pioneer Woman. And the cookbook is officially out! And I just ordered my copy. =) Walmart has it for the low price of $13.32 (plus $1.96 shipping), about a buck cheaper than Amazon (and shipping is always expensive on Amazon).Saturday, November 7, 2009
IUI Done
At today's appointment, we had a scheduled u/s prior to IUI. The doctor explained that the purpose of the u/s was to confirm ovulation. The reason my estrogen dropped yesterday was b/c I ovulated on my own... my body didn't wait for the trigger, which occurs in 15% of cases. So, basically, I ovulated already. IUI performed. However, no reason for IUI tomorrow. Hopefully it took. I had a very rough night last night, and don't know if I can bare much more of this sh*t.

Cycle update
Again, more monitoring today. Estrogen levels were 945. Ultrasound indicated the strongest follicles measure 16 & 15, with several others trailing behind. One more day of Follistim, and more monitoring tomorrow morning.
Last cycle, They wanted estrogen to be at 1000 before I trigger... hopefully it will happen this time too, so Saturday/Sunday IUI is looking more and more possible.

Cycle Update
Friday I went in for my baseline monitoring. My ovaries looked great, and my estrogen was 34... so start Follistim! I've been taking Follistim 150 units since Friday, every night up to last night. This morning I went in for more monitoring. Ultrasound indicated 4 great follicles, and 1 follicle a little behind. Estrogen levels today are 249, and I am to continue Follistim for the next 2 nights. More monitoring Thursday morning.
Here's hoping for Saturday/Sunday IUIs, to avoid being late to work next week.
